GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – BONNE IMPRESSION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") govern the sale of products presented on the website www.bonneimpression.shop (the "Website"). BONNE IMPRESSION (managed by Jennie Clara-Galté, self-employed entrepreneur), registered with the RCS of Perpignan under number 890 596 166.

Whatever your question, I am available to answer you as quickly as possible. You can contact me:

1. PREAMBLE

These GTC are concluded between BONNE IMPRESSION, represented by Jennie Clara-Galté, and any individual (the "Customer", the "Buyer", "You") wishing to make a purchase via the website www.bonneimpression.shop. They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales of products and services offered by BONNE IMPRESSION on the website. Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these general conditions, which the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted with full knowledge of the facts. The Customer also acknowledges having had the opportunity to download and print them.

Any modifications to the GTC are not enforceable against the Customer, who remains subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the day of their order. Depending on the enrichment of our offers and legislative reforms, these GTC may be modified. In such cases, these modifications become applicable upon their publication online and cannot apply to transactions concluded previously. Customers declare that they are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into contracts.

2. PRODUCTS

The products governed by these GTC are those listed on the website and indicated as sold and shipped by BONNE IMPRESSION (the "Products"). They are offered subject to available stock. Unless clearly specified otherwise in the Product description, all Products for sale on the Website are second-hand items: documents displayed in cinema theatres or documents and objects used on film sets. The authenticity of the products, signatures, and period are guaranteed by BONNE IMPRESSION's expertise and the quality of its network. These Products are transferred to the Customer without copyright, and for private use only.

The essential characteristics of the Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Dimensions (posters, photos) are however given as a guide — for example, the 120x160 cm poster format corresponds to the French large-format poster family, whose exact size may vary by several centimetres from one poster to another. If needed, I am available to provide any additional information about a Product. Consequently, the Customer expressly agrees not to raise any reservations or disputes regarding the condition and format of the product received, insofar as it complies with the Product description given on www.bonneimpression.shop.

All our products are sold from collector to collector; no rights of use, reproduction, or copying, even partial or implied, are granted in this regard upon their transfer.

3. PRICES

Product prices are indicated in Euros inclusive of all taxes. They take into account VAT and any applicable reductions on the day of the order. All orders are payable in Euros.

Product prices do not include delivery charges (postage, packaging, and parcel preparation according to current rates). The amount of delivery charges depends on the delivery option chosen by the Customer before order confirmation (see Delivery Article).

BONNE IMPRESSION reserves the right to modify its catalogue prices at any time and without prior notice. However, Products are invoiced to the Customer based on the rates in force at the time the order is recorded.

For deliveries outside the European Union — customs fees: Any order placed on the Website and delivered outside France may be subject to taxes and customs duties imposed when the parcel reaches its destination. These customs duties and any applicable taxes are the Customer's responsibility. I am not required to verify and inform You of applicable customs duties and taxes. To find out what these are, I recommend contacting the competent authorities in the destination country.

4. ORDER

You can place your order:

  • from the online catalogue on the Website

  • by phone (contact details at the beginning of these General Terms and Conditions)

In order to allow the Customer to review their order before final confirmation, BONNE IMPRESSION has created a multi-step order validation system allowing the Customer to check that the products placed in the basket and the details entered are correct, and to agree to these general terms and conditions of sale. The successive steps to place an order are as follows:

  1. Summary of desired products: at this stage, the Customer can check and modify the list of products in their basket.

  2. Login: at this stage, you must identify yourself with your email address and password. For any first order, you will need to follow an account creation procedure indicated on the Website. In case of loss or forgotten login credentials, contact the BONNE IMPRESSION Customer Service.

  3. Address: entry of the delivery address. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.

  4. Delivery: choice of delivery method (COLISSIMO, Relay Point, etc.). At this stage, you must compulsorily accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by checking the corresponding box, in order to proceed to the final payment step.

  5. Payment: choice of payment method (credit card or PayPal). This is the final step. Confirmation of the order constitutes express acceptance of the GTC, prices, and descriptions of Products available for sale.

The order is considered firm upon receipt by the Customer of the email from BONNE IMPRESSION confirming the definitive recording of said order. This confirmation serves as the date of conclusion of the sales contract and acceptance by the Customer of these general terms and conditions of sale.

In the event that an ordered Product is unavailable, you will be informed by email. The cancellation of the order for that Product and its refund will be processed automatically, with the remainder of the order remaining firm.

In certain cases, particularly non-payment, incorrect address, or any other problem legitimately preventing the order from being processed, BONNE IMPRESSION reserves the right to suspend the Customer's order until the problem is resolved.

5. PAYMENT

5.1 Payment methods

You can pay for your order:

  • immediately by credit card: secure payment by Visa or Mastercard. The order is automatically validated upon receipt of payment authorisation from your bank.

  • by PayPal: by choosing PayPal payment, you will be automatically directed to your PayPal account. The order is automatically validated upon receipt of payment authorisation from PayPal.

  • in cash: in the case where you wish to collect the Product in person.

5.2 Online payment security

BONNE IMPRESSION uses all available means to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted by the Customer. To this end, the Website uses several SSL (Secure Socket Layer) type secure payment modules, so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can access it during transmission over the network.

  • Credit card payment: credit card payments on our Website are handled by the secure payment solution Stripe, which provides its secure online payment services to thousands of French online stores. When paying by card, secure authorisation servers are consulted to verify the data entered and prevent abuse and fraud. The Website never has access to card data, which is always transmitted in encrypted form (SSL protocol). The Website only receives confirmation from your bank that the payment has been authorised, which allows your order to be validated on the Website.

  • PayPal payment: PayPal helps protect your credit card information using the best systems available for security and fraud prevention. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant, just as with credit card payment.

6. DELIVERY

The products in our catalogue are collectible items. We therefore take particular care with their packaging and delivery. For each order, you are asked to contribute a flat fee towards order processing costs (postage, packaging, parcel preparation) which depends on the delivery option chosen by the customer when ordering online.

Parcels are delivered to your home (or to another address of your choice) by LA POSTE according to the customer's choice of delivery, with a tracking number. You may also choose the Mondial Relay option.

The product is delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing their order. In case of absence, the customer is notified by a delivery notice at the Post Office. Any error in entering the delivery address by the customer shall not be the responsibility of BONNE IMPRESSION. If the parcel is returned to the sender because the Customer has incorrectly entered their postal details, or due to absence, or because the Customer has not collected it from their post office, the second delivery will be at the Customer's expense.

6.1 Delivery options, timeframes, and rates

Delivery within France: from €4.60 via Mondial Relay. Free from €100 of purchases. From €5.85 via Colissimo. Free from €120 of purchases.

Mondial Relay delivery – Europe: from €5.00 via Mondial Relay. Free from €120 of purchases depending on the destination.

Colissimo delivery – Europe: from €15.45. Free from €150 of purchases.

Colissimo delivery – UK: from €18.45. Free from €150 of purchases.

Colissimo delivery – USA and Rest of the World: from €34.10.

BONNE IMPRESSION undertakes to deliver ordered items as quickly as possible. Average observed delivery times are 2 to 4 working days within France and 7 working days for international delivery. These delivery times are given as a guide only; unfortunately I am unable to guarantee compliance with these timeframes in the event of an unforeseen incident affecting our carrier or your country's customs. Should your order experience a delivery delay, please do not hesitate to contact me: I will do everything possible to resolve any issue.

Delivery is deemed complete upon handover of the ordered products by the Seller to the Buyer. I ask that you check the condition of orders upon receipt. All Products you order on the Website will remain the property of BONNE IMPRESSION until delivery to the indicated address. All risks relating to the Products you order (including the risks of loss and/or damage to the Products) will be transferred to you at the time of delivery to the delivery address stated in your order.

An amount of €0.70 corresponding to packaging costs and eco-participation is added to each order.

6.2 Parcel tracking

BONNE IMPRESSION will keep you informed when the parcel is handed over to the Post Office or a Mondial Relay point. All orders are sent with a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to follow the progress of your parcel on the LA POSTE website.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The "Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money Back" Policy: the Customer has 14 days from receipt or collection of their order to return items in perfect original condition, without having to provide reasons or pay any penalty.

In the event of a return, BONNE IMPRESSION undertakes to reimburse the amounts paid (including outbound delivery charges if the Customer returns the entire order), no later than 14 days following receipt by BONNE IMPRESSION of the returned Products. In the event of a partial return of an order that benefited from free delivery based on its amount, the Customer may be recharged the outbound delivery costs corresponding to the actual order value, if this falls below the free delivery threshold. Return shipping costs remain the Customer's responsibility, in accordance with French law.

Return procedure: to exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the Products in their original condition, carefully packaged (if possible in their original packaging and with invoice), all prepaid to the following address:

Returned products are the Customer's responsibility until they are received and verified by BONNE IMPRESSION. Under no circumstances may the Customer's exercise of the right of withdrawal be abusive. In any event, any product returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

As a commercial website, www.bonneimpression.shop collects a number of personal details (name, address, email) necessary for order processing. I treat all this information with the utmost confidentiality. The data collected will never be passed on to third parties. This data is collected and processed fairly and lawfully, and is used solely to enable order processing.

Depending on the choices made when creating or viewing their accounts online, customers may choose whether they wish to receive information and offers from BONNE IMPRESSION by email. If a customer no longer wishes to receive these offers, they may request this at any time by email at bonneimpression.shop@gmail.com. They may also unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link contained in all newsletters. I am available to assist you with this process if needed.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, correct, modify, and delete data relating to you. You may exercise this right either by modifying your information in your Customer Account on the Website, or by contacting me using the details provided at the beginning of these General Terms and Conditions.

9. COOKIE POLICY

Cookies are small data files copied to the hard drive of your computer, tablet, or mobile when you visit a website, which allow data about your use of that website to be recorded. When you access our site, our web server sends a cookie to your computer, allowing us to recognise your computer. By associating the identification numbers in the cookies with other customer information you provide when, for example, you log in to the site, we then know that the cookie information relates to you. Cookies enable the use of the main features of our website, such as storing your product selection in your basket while you continue shopping and/or browsing the various pages of the site, or accessing secure areas of the site.

Local storage is a technology that allows a website or application to store data on your mobile phone or any other device, or to retrieve data from those devices. We use local storage to enable certain features, in particular to save certain parts of our site on your device, allowing for faster loading of those pages on your next visit. These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
